Within a few minutes you can walk to the sea front, the Shopping Centres, Embassy Theatre, Bowling Greens, Suncastle, Natureland, North Shore and Central Bingo Halls.

Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island and Butlins are only a short distance away with easy access by road or local buses.

We are situated in a quiet residential area in one of the most pleasant areas of Skegness very close to the promenade and Suncastle.

We have a well stocked welcoming resident's bar at reasonable prices. Our comfortable seating area is ideal for a relaxing drink during your stay.

As expected in quality accommodation we serve a varied breakfast including FULL ENGLISH in our delightful breakfast room. Special diets are catered for. Breakfast is included in our general tariff.

All meals are of course served at your own table.

We have a large comfortable T.V. guest room for your relaxation.
